NO-SHOW / ATTENDANCE POLICY

Failure to cancel your registration will result in full tuition being invoiced to you and/or your agency.
Registration constitutes agreement to all payment terms.
To receive a certificate, 100% attendance is required—no late arrivals or early departures. No exceptions.
