Instructors assigned to the programs have also significant backgrounds in law enforcement, instructional techniques and must attend certified special weapons training courses. The instructional staff includes personnel from federal law enforcement, former military, former private military contractors (PMCs) and drug agents from multiple state and municipal law enforcement agencies. We carefully select our personnel to teach the training programs. Instructors assigned to coordinate and work with these programs have a significant background in:

ARM Group provides quality training in the safe handling, proficient application, and justifiable use of firearms. Our training programs enhance each law enforcement officer's ability to safely handle required weapons. ARM Group offers instruction in specialized programs designed to enhance teaching skills of field firearms instructors responsible for designing, developing and coordinating agency firearms requalification exercises.
Our Firearms Instructors are required to maintain certification by nationally accredited training programs. Most of our instructors are certified by more than one of these agencies. We can provide mobile training teams to come to your location and provide quality training opportunities.
For tactical training courses in Alabama, all instructors are APOSTC approved tactical certified.
