The Instructor Training Course (ITC-1) is a rigorous three-day program focused on developing the instructional skills required to design and deliver high-impact, competency-based training in a law enforcement environment. Through a combination of classroom instruction, peer interaction, and hands-on teaching exercises, participants will explore adult learning theory, lesson plan development, performance-based assessment, and scenario design. Each participant will design, deliver, and evaluate a training module or scenario, demonstrating their ability to apply instructional concepts in a realistic and practical setting. This culminating exercise ensures that each graduate possesses both the instructional skill and command presence necessary to lead training safely and effectively.
